Love the food, best stuff I've ever eaten from a restaurant. I also really love the 70s vibe of the restaurant.. I eat here a lot with my dad.

Had a great breakfast, cooked to our liking. Waitstaff was friendly and attentive. Owner came out and visited with us, as it wasn’t a busy time. Highly recommend White House Cafe.

So this place doesn't look like much at first glance but I have to say that the staff was friendly and attentive, my coffee was never empty. Food was very good, had the pancake special and was served up fairly quickly. I recommend this place and if I'm out this way again I will be stopping by.

We used White House Cafe to cater our wedding. They responded quickly to our questions and needs during the planning phase. The staff was amazing and very attentive during the meal. The food was outstanding! I would definitely recommend them to cater any event!

Grew up eating at the White House. My parents brought us here after church on Sundays. My grandpa met his friends here for coffee. It was my first job. It will always be a place to visit when I go home. "Smash the Hash!"

We were in Devils Lake for a conference and wanted something local. White House Cafe came up in our Google Search and we decided to give it a try. It was AWESOME! First off, its a very soothing atmosphere and very "small town North Dakota cafe." We were greeted promptly by our waitress who was really nice and made several stops at our table.The food is all homemade and very cheaply priced. I had a water, an order of cheeseballs, chicken strips and fries for about $10. When we checked out, the gentleman in charge asked us where we from as he did not recognize us from the area. He was genuinely interested in what were doing in Devils Lake and how we liked the cafe. He walked us to the door, chatting with us the whole time. Overall, it was a great experience with great food at great prices. I will definitely be going back the next time I am in Devils Lake!

It was pretty busy with the locals loving the food, that a regular customer helped to refill the coffee cups all around! Great place, great food.

Lived here 18 years ago and grew up in this restaurant thanks to my mom and Grandma working here. Food tastes like American home. ❤️ Great place to sit and drink coffee during the morning. Retiring here in this town and gossiping or catching up with the locals is end game.
